• Empty and clean rubbish cans with water and detergent.
• Wash dishes, pots, glassware, flatware using mechanical dishwasher and by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and/or cooking line.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and fast paced environment
• Ability to identify and correct employee safety
• Safely handle and operate all required equipment, appliances and tools
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and management
