Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced marketer and brand ambassador to build our brand. In this important role you will report directly to the Founder/CEO, and will be a key player in our next phase of growth by leading all marketing initiatives. You will have access to significant resources and talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing plans based on strategic objectives

· Manage company and product branding initiatives and standards

· Own company website content and SEO strategies including creation of copy, photography, and video

· Lead and manage both outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, analytics and automation

· Work effectively with the sales on lead harvesting and nurturing strategies

· Manage paid search advertising using Google and Facebook ads, among others

· Plan, create, publish all social media postings across numerous channels

· Create and publish content for blogs, website, email broadcasts, catalogs and press releases

· Lead all marketing efforts on the product development committee

· Oversee and manage marketing assistant and vendors

· Report on and analyze key marketing metrics to include lead generation, PPC, social media and website data

· Provide cross-functional leadership across multiple areas of the operation

Marketing Qualifications:

· Minimum of five years of tactical and strategic marketing and brand management experience

· A comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization and website UI principles

· Strong copywriting and communication skills

· Background of effective management of key social media channels

· Understanding of content management systems including WordPress

· Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics

· Experience in effective use of email marketing software (Mail Chimp or other)

· Excellent MS office suite capabilities

· Solid understanding of graphic design and UI best practices

· Track record of successful new product launches
