Job Description
Lead and execute communications strategies and plans (internal & external) to support the Feminine Care President. This will include:


  • Crafting and executing speeches, presentations, panel discussions, videos, and media.
  • Developing communications strategies, plans, and messaging.
  • Managing Digital Presence: LI posts, articles, engagement, amplification
  • Identifying opportunities for deliberate, thoughtful exposure in select business media and credible industry platforms that build P&G reputation.
  • Collaborating with senior P&G leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Supply and more on communications and events to deepen understanding of P&G’s business and organization priorities.
  • Media Relations and Issues management protecting reputation of the business.

  • Has strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, integrative thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Builds positive and collaborative relationships internally and externally – even in a large and globally diverse organization.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, is highly responsive, stays ahead of deadlines, and demonstrates excellent execution and follow-through.


Qualifications


  • Superb writing skills, including speechwriting. Candidates should be prepared to share a portfolio of writing samples.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications and/or employee communications.
  • Role resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Digital and social media platforms proficiency (Linked-in). Skilled in visual communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in communications strategy and planning, narrative creation, storytelling, presentation/content development, event management, media relations, organization engagement and social media.


Starting Salary Range: $150 - 196k.


Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
