Role: Director, Technical Design Engineering

Location: Remote

This Director, Technical Design Engineering will:

• Maintain Change Management across the company's flagship projects.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, promoting best practices and ensuring technical excellence.
• Optimizing efficiency and effectiveness within the technical design process, and to provide improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in design engineering to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.
• Creation of detailed technical designs, including schematics, drawings, simulations and documentation.
• Road maps and strategic plans that align with the companies long term business goals.
• Lead the R&D projects that have cost improvement implications on their budgets.

Education and Experience:

• Ten years experience in Critical Facilities Engineering.
• Competent within a remote working role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or Professional Engineer registration and ten years relevant data center experience) required.
• Professional Engineering Licence.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
