Job Details

We are looking for a Director of Sustainability, Engagement, and Impact in the construction and property management business The candidate should have experience in creating social and impact vision as well as executing social impact and vision, working with all internal and external stakeholders, and working with the Director of People and Culture on DEI initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing an annual social impact report and will have a proven track record of defined social impact at previous organizations. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional communicator and highly organized.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sustainability, Engagement, and Impact will be responsible for the following

• Create and execute a social vision and impact vision
• Communicate the company's social impact initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure social impact is integrated into all aspects of the organization
• Identify and develop partnerships with organizations that align with the company's social impact goals
• Work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of social impact initiatives
• Develop an annual social impact report
• Work with the Director of People and Culture on DEI initiatives
• Monitor and measure the success of social impact initiatives
• Develop and implement a social impact strategy for the organization

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications

• Ability to develop an annual social impact report
• Proven track record of defined social impact at previous organizations
• Ability to monitor and measure the success of social impact initiatives
• Extremely organized
• Experience in developing and executing a social impact strategy
• Ability to work with all internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in identifying and developing partnerships with organizations that align with the company's social impact goals
• Exceptional communicator
• 10+ years of experience in social impact in the construction and property development business
• Knowledge of DEI initiatives and experience working with the Director of People and Culture
• Bachelor's Degree, a Master's Degree is a plus
