Job Description

The Director of Sales and Performance Marketing that we are looking for is:
Strategic sales & marketing leader with 7+ years of experience in DTC, jewelry, retail, art or women’s specialty industries
Proven success defining and executing growth-driven sales strategies and owning forecasting & sales targets
Player/coach with a track record managing a high-performing team while executing against individual sales targets, strong cross-functional leadership skills
Experience building performance marketing strategies and working with marketing teams/agencies to meet objectives and drive results, knowledge of data analytics tools
Growth-oriented, hands-on, collaborative, polished, highly organized, analytical & data-driven
Location: Chicago, in-office with ability to travel
