Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Retail Operations to join our dynamic team in the cannabis industry. As the Director of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of our company and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing high-volume retail operations, including cannabis retail, and ensuring that all employees are trained and developed to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue across all retail channels
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail stores, ensuring that they are fully stocked and staffed
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the retail operations and make recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we have access to the best products at the best prices
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage and develop a team of retail managers and employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they meet their performance targets
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
• Ensure that all retail stores are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about our products and services

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of employees
• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to retail operations
• Experience developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are knowledgeable about products and services
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing revenue in a retail environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on high-volume retail operations and cannabis retail
