Job Description

Director of Property Management:

This position will be responsible for over 4,000 units (which is about half of the overall portfolio). The regions could include, but may not be limited to IN, TN, MO and OH. The portfolio consists of both market-rate and affordable assets. This is an excellent oppoortunity with a growing company that owns and manages approximately 10,000 units across the east coast and mid-west.


Manages:

4-6 Regional Property Managers at any given time


Reports to:

VP of Property Management


Requirements:

Experience overseeing regional managers

Ability to travel overnight twice a month

Proven track record of successful leadership

Proven background as a strong delegator who leads by example
