Director - Product Management

Archimedes is a rapidly growing leader in the specialty drug benefit management space. We are looking for a Director - Product Management to provide leadership and product ownership for Archimedes’ specialty drug management programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in the PBM industry with a detailed understating of pharmacy benefits for specialty drugs. Responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally to understand internal and external client needs, provide product training and troubleshoot product issues and questions.
  • Own financial and operational product success metrics and performance reporting.
  • Serve as the leader and business owner for several product lines. This position is responsible for the full product lifecycle including building strategic roadmaps, developing/documenting product requirements, leading product development efforts and managing day-to-day product business needs.
  • Present product capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Own strategic relationships with key partners including negotiations and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry in relevant positions. Knowledge of specialty medication benefits is required.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience working cross functionally to meet project milestones.
  • Experience owning contract negotiations with key partners.
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role will frequently involve data analysis – the candidate must have proven abilities in this area with very strong Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to present to clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
