Director Of Product Management - 100% Remote

StaffGrabbers is partnered with a global technology leader in Brand Management software on a Director of Product Management role.

Compensation depends on experience but is up to 320K on base.

The client develops software solutions that focus on brand suitability targeting and measurement. Using machine learning and AI technology, their software analyzes and classifies content on digital platforms like Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and Twitter. It ensures ads are placed in appropriate environments, aligning with desired brand image.

This Director of Product Management will lead a cross-functional team of experts in front-end, back-end, and reporting as the technological face of the measurement product. By understanding customers and collaborating with stakeholders, you will uncover opportunities and develop impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration between various product and technical teams, driving forward strategic value
• Coordinate with the Product team to release features across various products and services
• Bring a ruthless mentality to prioritization and making tactical trade-offs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the product organization, including setting and executing the company's strategic vision for the future
• Lead a team of product managers focused on understanding content for brands on major social media platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
• Run data-driven experiments to inform tactical decisions

Requirements:

• Ability to learn and understand complex technical systems/processes and explain them to customers and senior leaders
• Established track record of working with engineering teams of all sizes
• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong passion for data (both qualitative and quantitative)
• 5+ years in product management at a technology company
• Professional experience with rigorous Product Management processes, frameworks, and templates
