Overview

•Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate deals to optimize purchasing value, drive continuous improvement and realized savings.

•Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with key suppliers

•Leverage knowledge of industry and market trends to develop and champion long-term procurement and sourcing strategies.

•Create long-term pricing models with measurable service level/performance criteria through value analysis and evaluations of inventory, projections.

•Develop insights, benchmark, and research market intelligence to stay current on industry trends to meet all regulatory requirement of ingredient purchases.
