Job Description
We are a leading mobile X-ray company providing on-demand diagnostic imaging services to healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients. Our mission is to deliver high-quality imaging services with convenience and efficiency. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and lead the operations department.


Job Summary: As the Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our mobile X-ray company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our services, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional service quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the department.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary equipment, resources, and supplies.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Budgeting and Financial Management:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Operations Management:
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities are executed effectively and in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to assess and improve service quality.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Provide input for pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, clinics, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and reliable X-ray imaging services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in healthcare operations.
