Director Of Admissions Jobs

The Director of Patient Access is responsible for leading the patient access function providing a high level of operational effectiveness, as well as, customer service during the scheduling, registration, insurance verification and financial counseling processes for Mon Health Medical Center.

a. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement: 5-7 years in progressively held healthcare management experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of data processing systems, registration, billing and financial services procedures is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with hospital departments, outside agencies, train and lead staff.

c. Minimum License Requirement: None.

Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to10 lbs with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
