Spencer Rigby is pleased to represent a ground-breaking biotechnology organization dedicated to saving lives. Our client is in search of a talented and accomplished professional who will assume a pivotal role reporting directly to the Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operations for a Class 2 medical device.

As the leader of our production function, you will manage a team of 12 direct reports. This is not a role for the faint of heart; you will be an integral part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where action speaks louder than words. We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic setting. Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A combination of education and extensive experience will also be considered.

Experience: You should possess over 5 years of relevant experience and/or training in manufacturing and quality in either the diagnostics or medical industries.

Certifications: Highly desired certifications include Six Sigma, PMP (Project Management Professional), and a strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Management Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading teams within the electromechanical assembly manufacturing sect
