Director Of Maintenance Jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and maintains plant operational equipment to include all OEE program requirements, and production costs etc.

• Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered
• Develops standardized mechanical processes across all locations including but not limited to: preventative maintenance, tracking of machine uptime, utilization, facility effectiveness for the business, maintenance team member utilization, and new equipment signoffs.
• Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products/equipment.

• Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years as a Maintenance leader in a manufacturing environment who has demonstrated successful leadership
• 5+ years of maintaining a safety culture
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related; MBA preferred
• Thorough understanding of lean and six sigma principles and applications
