Director Of Information Technology

The Director of IT would be responsible for design, development, implementation and maintenance of CDI's information system infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Work with service providers with service contracts for printers, copiers and fax equipment.
• Ensure that IT users issues are quickly and accurately resolved.
• Serve and participate in Senior Leadership by providing IT strategic input, budgets and prepare department strategies and develop innovative and efficient uses of IT.
• Lead and manage the IT dept. in all objectives while keeping the dept. in budget.
• Provide users with simple tools to customize reports.
• Oversee and/or participate in developing, testing and implementing software.
• Implement software that improve CDI's productivity and cuts costs.
• Provide top-notch network and data security.

Qualifications

Education

• Leadership and project management training
• Extensive recurring training in cyber security techniques
• Master's Degree in Information Technology related field is preferred
• Extensive seminars and coursework in Information Technology

Experience

• Experience with Delphi or other related programs
• Leadership and management experience
• 10+ years in related work
• Customer-Focused technology and automation
• Experience in managing an ERP system such as Made2Manage
