The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources who will play a critical role in connecting the employee experience with our business strategy. In this position, you will provide guidance and support to leaders and employees across all departments while leading your own team to excellence. The ability to demonstrate empathy and communicate clearly is of utmost importance. We rely on you to build upon our already exceptional people-first culture and foster an environment of professional and personal growth. This is a full-time, exempt-level position, which is temporarily remote. Please note that we are not considering remote candidates for this role.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
7 years in a top-level leadership position.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
