Multi-entity, multi-state organization in the Agriculture industry headquartered in Denver.


Tight-knit, family-oriented, in-person work environment in a beautiful, newly renovated office building. Everyone has their own office, and all offices have a beautiful view of Colorado’s Front Range!


Responsibilities:

  • Drive process changes in the finance area; increase efficiency of information flow to leadership.
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics; document financial highlights, enable management to determine progress against budget.
  • Review and monitor capital spending, operating expenses.
  • Assist company leadership with growth planning, including due diligence and financial strategy for potential M&A activity; lead financial and systems integration post-acquisition.
  • Recommend methods to strategically enhance financial performance through lean operations.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in-office 5 days a week, Central Time Zone hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 8+ years’ experience, including successful M&A and Integrations activity.
  • Industry preference for Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing and/or Agriculture.


Salary Range: $160-$190k + bonus
