Director Of Development Jobs

Kentucky Easter Seal Society Inc, is a long standing non-profit organization based in Lexington, KY serving children and adults with disabilities.We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Director of Development.Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Development Director’s responsibilities will include all aspects of outreach and engagement with our client's stakeholders, with primary emphasis on 1:1 meetings with donors and potential donors and telling our client's story.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field
• Experience with Event planning and management
• Experience managing budgets, assigning, and monitoring work, and developing departmental plans in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the non-profit sector preferred
