We are looking for someone like that who can:

• Participate in the design and configuration of new and existing client reporting systems with our 3rd party vendor partners, and their integration with up and downstream applications like the new core banking platform, online banking channels, and the general ledger. Document processes, workflows, and appropriate controls to manage and support our enhanced digital offering.
• Participate in the development of process flows, controls and procedures for new digital Payment processes.
• Report, communicate status, escalate issues and risks associated with the program to Operations Senior Management.
• Post implementation, manage elements of the production process associated with delivering UBS’ Digital Bank’s deposit and payment products and services
• Leverage product and industry knowledge to design and ultimately manage the operational processes necessary to produce Client & Tax Reports, including month-end Statements and annual Client Tax Reports and associated IRS regulatory filings.
• Leverage the new build to drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Envision and enable capabilities required for the digital client experience as part of the new digital bank from an operation’s perspective.
