Job Description

The Director of First Impressions plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Director of First Impressions is instrumental in making sure clients and agents have a positive experience.


Responsibilities

  • Makes monthly and quarterly “stay in touch” calls
  • Coordinates handling of calendar for the leadership team, scheduling and confirming appointments for Team Leader
  • Handles miscellaneous operational activities
  • Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office
  • Coordinates telephone system issues
  • Maintaining a presentable office, restocking supplies as needed
  • Coordinates trainings/power point presentations/Calendar and events
  • Handles incoming phone calls
  • Orders and handles office supplies
  • Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
  • Coordinates outside vendors
  • Supports Leadership Team as needed
