The Opportunity

As the Director of IT Digital Transformation you will drive the execution of the digital Corporate Functions roadmap. You will develop and support end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. The Director of IT Digital Transformation will transform underlying business processes and drive end user adoption.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide design and development teams with appropriate resources to perform assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
  • Actively monitor technology trends and competitive dynamics while integrating and adapting internal plans accordingly.
  • Clearly define and document the vision and roadmap of digital products / solutions, including business case and expected value
  • Formulate and implement programs, policies, tools, and procedures required to support technical needs.
  • Provide direction to design and development teams to keep focus and deliver on commitments.
  • Develop end to end digital capabilities in partnership with capability owners and functional leaders
  • Identifies, evaluates, and provides technical expertise for potential business partners, including physicians, vendors, and contract product development.

•Develop, maintain, and ensure reliability of current and future products and services.• Ensure critical business solutions are deployed and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform and mature our business

  • Review requirements with change management and business transformation teams
  • Foster a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of technical organization management experience and a proven ability to collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high quality products on time in a dynamic, regulated environment.
  • Ensures the cross-functional team is making good decisions regarding design, development, quality, costs, security, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and strategic fit within the patent portfolio
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with an additional 10 years of industry experience
  • Service-oriented mindset supported by high degree of emotional intelligence when interacting with peers, subordinates, management, vendors, partners, and colleagues
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends and build organization capabilities to support the evolving needs
  • Experience creating commercial products in a highly regulated industry
  • Ability to define and maintain a scalable agile development process and framework for developing high quality products on reliable timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire others (oral / written / presentations)
  • Thrives under ambiguous conditions with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the clinical setting and integrated set of needs by health care professionals, health care systems, and patients
