Director, Global Engagement And Development

Our client is a global thinktank that is looking for a Director, Global Engagement and Development to join their team. The Director, Global Engagement and Development will work in a hybrid capacity, onsite in Washington DC 3 days per week. The Director, Global Engagement and Development must have a proven background in managing a team across global initiatives to drive fundraising and development on a global scale. Director, Global Engagement and Development Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a global team of 8+ team members globally to drive revenue and development. - Establish and lead fundraising and revenue generation strategy, identifying opportunities to achieve fundraising goals. - Oversee development team, managing a diverse team to achieve established goals and objectives. - Leverage executive network to create relationships with prospective donors. - Support grant initiatives, identifying and supporting the execution of grant applications. - Oversee the growth and development of the internal grant and fundraising teams to support future goals and objectives. Director, Global Engagement and Development Requirements: - 8+ years leadership experience managing a team across global initiatives; management experience and global experience required. - Proven background driving fundraising efforts. - Strong background in management. - Experience working on global initiatives. - Think tank or similar industry experience.
