Join us and work with purpose. As a Director of FP&A and Treasury, you would lead the corporate budgeting and treasury functions for the Company. In this role, you will serve as an advisor to the management team and lead the forecasting, planning, and reporting to aid in decision-making, improve performance, and minimize risk.
You will be the “eyes and ears” of the organization and liaison between the corporate, operations, and executive leadership teams.
As the Treasury leader, you will manage the daily cash flows and forecasting processes, establish and maintain banking relationships and oversee and manage risk for the Company.

What you’ll do in this role: Lead the FP&A function, including corporate budgeting, planning, management reporting, and driving insights for the business Serve as the strategic and hands-on finance advisor to budget owners and senior management Implement budget tools and controls to ensure the integrity of financial models and projections Develop reporting for management and budget owners to effectively and efficiently manage the business Partner with budget owners to improve processes and performance and facilitate efficient operations Develop a strong understanding of the business and effectively collaborate and communicate across the organization to aid the executive leadership team in decision-making, improving performance, and minimizing risk Collaborate with the accounting team to support the monthly close process Lead the treasury function and be responsible for cash management functions, including daily cash management and cash flow forecasting and analysis Manage all banking and financial rating agency relationships Lead the planning and execution of bank borrowing and short-term investment strategies Monitor and report on compliance with loan agreements Establish and maintain appropriate insurance policies to address property, casualty, and legal liability related to the business Oversee risk management functions, including foreign currency and commodity exposures Develop and monitor treasury and credit and collections policies
