  • Your expertise in team management will shine as you lead and guide a team of event operations professionals, providing them with the support and mentorship they need to complete high-quality events.
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking global event operations strategy that aligns perfectly with Adobe's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and external agencies, strategically negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient event operations.
  • Implement and maintain a robust event management system that optimizes event operations and measures event success through registration, attendee tracking, and post-event analysis.
  • Take the lead in planning, organizing, and managing a diverse range of events, such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, and customer/partner gatherings. Your commitment to operational excellence and adherence to best practices will be instrumental in the success of these events.

  • Familiarity with Adobe's product suite and a solid understanding of the software industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with diverse internal partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor leadership skills, with a clear focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • A willingness to travel as needed for events, adding to the excitement and diversity of your role.
