Director Cloud Infrastructure Operations

/Responsibilities

  • Support development teams in transitioning to modern deployment approaches.
  • Continuously improve operations team processes and efficiency amidst expanding scope and higher security and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cloud service providers, review managed service providers, and shape the operations strategy.
  • Align processes and policies with IS and IT stakeholders for the platform's effectiveness.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing and developing the activities related to platform infrastructure operations. This includes working with a team of Tech Leads located in different regions and ensuring the smooth functioning of TechOps, SecOps, FinOps, and Azure Landing Zone.
  • Oversee and develop platform infrastructure operations with a team of Tech Leads in different regions.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience managing / leading cloud platform operations and SRE teams.
  • Digital transformation experience.
  • Experience in designing and implementing DevOps & Cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • IT automation experience.
  • IaaS and PaaS experience.
  • 3+ years of exposure to public cloud service providers and managed service providers.
  • FinOps experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience on Azure Cloud Operations.


Role: Director Cloud Infrastructure Operations

Location: Boston/Andover, MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $160K - $210k + Bonus + Relocation package
