Job Details For Call Center Representative

• Pay Rate: $17.38 per hour
• Direct Hire
• Training is 8:00AM to 4:00PM
• Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:45AM to 5:15PM

Job Responsibilities & Description For Call Center Representative

• Field incoming calls from customers
• Schedule services as needed
• Provide customer service throughout interactions

Job Requirements For Call Center Representative

• Prior customer service or related work experience is a plus (i.e. administrative assistant, call center, customer service representative, customer support, food service, front desk clerk, receptionist, technical support)
• Strong attention to detail
• HS diploma/GED completion
