We are seeking a savvy digital marketer to join the Performance Marketing team for BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a Digital/Website Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated strategic thinker, responsible for the overall visual design experience, content, and engagement of our websites and other digital properties. The successful candidate will collaborate with our business partners and use their insights, along with relevant digital marketing trends and technology, to craft compelling experiences for our clients and prospects. The candidate will continually evaluate and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem to meet clients' needs and achieve business goals. This position reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and will:
Consult internal business groups to provide digital content strategy, digital analytics, or digital user experience and platform development services.
Manage requirements gathering and project planning pertaining to BNY Mellon Wealth Management’s digital channels.
Oversee and manage website CMS.
Manage campaign development timelines to ensure all web projects stay on track while proactively identifying gaps and/or blockers.
Maintain Design Language System (DLS) and site-specific brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design and development teams (internal and external) to enhance UX Experience.
Support continuous QA audit of site.
Manage annual website roadmap in partnership with technology partners.
Required skills
7+ years of website/digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
Experience working in AEM.
Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization, localization, and paid social media.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, demonstrating a proven ability to think outside of the box.
Ability to communicate sophisticated information in a way easily understood by non-technical partners.
Strong UX design sensibility.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $73,100 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
