Responsibilities

• Build and work with APIs in ServiceNow to integrate with other systems and applications.
• Design and implement Change Management workflows, ensuring seamless change processes with advanced approval workflows.
• Develop and support applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Leverage your knowledge of SailPoint integration into ServiceNow for enhanced identity and access management.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Glide) and Javascript to customize and enhance platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
• Localize ServiceNow applications, with a preference for Spanish localization experience.

Qualifications And Skills

• 1-2 years of on-the-job scripting experience, with proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (Glide) and Javascript being beneficial.
• Experience in building and working with APIs in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SailPoint integration into ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
• Advanced knowledge of building Change Management workflows with a focus on approval processes.
• 1-2 years of on-the-job development and application support experience.
• Past experience in localizing ServiceNow applications, especially in Spanish, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Certified Application Developer with Active Certification is preferred; Certified Application Administrator with Active Certification will be considered.
