Associate Digital Project Manager
General Purpose
Focused on supporting our global websites and eCommerce business, the Associate Digital Project Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and consistent global digital experiences. The person in this role will assess, identify requirements, direct and execute project plans to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to create project plans, direct and execute project activities, and monitor and control risks while meeting or exceeding requested deadlines.
  • Serve as the project manager for digital projects typically smaller to medium in scope and complexity.
  • Translate detailed business requirements into technical web solutions with a thorough understanding of our CMS, eCommerce and other technology platforms.
  • Stay current with website and web content management trends and best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in web content implementation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
  • Review all project elements to ensure completeness and accuracy, and prepares project documentation including specifications, schedules, budgets, and QA plans to ensure a high-quality, consistent brand experience.
  • Manage the submission and execution of all website translations with translation vendor and Web Production team ensuring the most efficient processes possible.
  • Perform business analytical work (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping, problem solving, etc.).
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of marketing or web-related experience with proven knowledge of best practices and experience managing multifaceted projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of IT project management experience.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into concrete project plans.
  • Experience in the iterative, creative process of web user interface design and development with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple, competing priorities, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Clear and concise communications and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead through influence and positive relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation and communication software and tools.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.

A starting compensation range for this role is $68,550.00 - $85,725.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
