Job Description
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager in Network Security as part of Secure Network Services.
In This Role, You Will
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation and/or improved processes and procedures
  • Build process flows for current and future state
  • Partner with senior Product Manager, Product Owners, Kanban Leads, Engineering Managers, and Delivery Teams to confirm features and user stories are assigned in accordance with delivery expectations
  • Perform new vendor data analysis to inform strategic business decisions
  • Assist senior Product Managers and Product Owners in developing and maintaining the product roadmap associated with the following technologies: firewalls, web application firewalls, cloud DDoS, network microsegmentation, SSL decryption, and remote access capabilities
  • Breakdown customer requirements into features and user stories consisting of well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Define and document product features, user stories, and solutions for data products that put consumer insights into practice
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers across the bank to resolve issues and dependencies to achieve goals
  • Analyze requirements submitted by Product Management and Delivery Teams
  • Monitor and evaluate product development and delivery timelines with a focus on identifying and mitigating risk
  • Monitor and measure progress on user story delivery and work in progress limits
  • Align product priorities with strategic business objectives, organizational value, and customer requirements
  • Be accountable for Kanban team deliverables and KPIs
  • Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 3+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience with cloud-based security technologies and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) capabilities
  • Experience interacting with external vendors
  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • Financial services industry experience, including products, systems, processes, and data
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure components, to include, but not limited to firewalls, web application firewalls, SSL decryption devices, microsegmentation, web proxies, VPNs, and load balancers
  • Experience with Agile Kanban methods and Jira tools suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage, brief, and influence senior technology and business leaders
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exposure to documentation, analysis, and business requirements management techniques
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location in a Hybrid flex mode
Pay Range
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00 Annual
