Job Description
True Brands is a rapidly growing consumer goods company that specializes in designing and distributing unique, high-quality products for the home bar, wine, and gift industries. We are looking for an experienced Digital Designer to contribute to the excellence of our digital creative and develop innovative, on-brand concepts that will drive growth and success for our company.


As the Digital Designer, you will utilize your expertise in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will work closely with our Creative and Marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce on-brand, eye-catching digital design solutions across a variety of mediums.


This position will be based out of our centrally located Seattle office in a hybrid role, and will be expected to be available for frequent in-person meetings to complete the required duties of the role.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and marketing professionals, to create visually appealing digital designs.


+


Create, manage, and produce digital design solutions for a variety of uses, including websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, and brand campaigns.


+


Design intuitive user interfaces for websites and other digital platforms, focusing on design, usability and accessibility.


+


Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.


+


Develop user-centric UI/UX designs that align with our brand identity, target audience, and business goals.


+


Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining visual integrity and optimal user experience throughout the development process.


+


Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to continuously improve our digital designs.


+


Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.


+


Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that all new products and packaging are designed and developed with the company's brand identity and target audience in mind.


+


Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and approaches for marketing and brand initiatives.


+


Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute long-term creative strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.


+


Work continuously toward refining and elevating the brands’ creativity and positioning.


Requirements


+


Bachelor's degree in Design.


+


2-4 years of professional experience in digital design, with experience in UI/UX and motion graphics.


+


A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design, UI/UX, and motion graphics skills.


+


Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.


+


Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.


+


Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.


+


Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.


+


Knowledge of motion graphics, including animation, visual effects, and video editing is a plus.


+


Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.


Compensation


+


$60,000 to $70,000 base salary (Final base salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, and internal team equity)
