The Digital Content Production Specialist (DCS) is responsible for the maintenance of digital content on crowe.com and systems that support crowe.com. They will ensure content best practices and governance rules are enforced. The DCS will work in a collaborative team environment to maintain digital content and troubleshoot technical issues on crowe.com.


Primary responsibilities/duties:


  • Responsible for enterprise site-level content authoring in Sitecore; build page layouts using modular templates; update textual and interactive content based on brand standards and stakeholder inputs.
  • Write and maintain detailed documentation for content authoring processes; communicate updates to the team.
  • Maintain content and metadata created in the digital asset management (DAM) system; prepare content audits for pages and assets to be archived.
  • Review internal site search performance by gathering insights, recommend updates to address opportunities and gaps on web pages, and implement changes based on industry best practices.
  • Test crowe.com from a content author and end-user perspective during regularly scheduled deployments, major enhancements, and/or platform upgrades.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Qualifications:


  • Uphold general standards of website performance including running quality checks of published pages.
  • Ability to troubleshoot content authoring and front-end functionality issues using web debug tools.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Experience in mobile and tablet site testing, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards, including image optimization.
  • Requires 4 years of Marketing, Website Management, or related overall experience. An applied working knowledge of marketing or digital content production in B2B or professional services a plus including a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience and strong understanding of Sitecore page content authoring.
  • Familiarity with projects using agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Solid understanding of user experience design, web conventions, and information hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, for basic image formatting and editing and Acrobat, for PDF creation.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
