- Uphold general standards of website performance including running quality checks of published pages.
- Ability to troubleshoot content authoring and front-end functionality issues using web debug tools.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript.
- Experience in mobile and tablet site testing, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards, including image optimization.
- Requires 4 years of Marketing, Website Management, or related overall experience. An applied working knowledge of marketing or digital content production in B2B or professional services a plus including a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience and strong understanding of Sitecore page content authoring.
- Familiarity with projects using agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Solid understanding of user experience design, web conventions, and information hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, for basic image formatting and editing and Acrobat, for PDF creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, as well as comfort with working in a corporate setting.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to leverage past technology experience to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to building trust, listen, and ask effective questions with the goal to create a scalable and reusable business solution.
