We are currently seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to join the Paradigm team. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing our growing library of 3D assets, ensuring seamless organization, retrieval, and distribution. Your expertise in Digital Asset Management systems and best practices will be vital in streamlining our production pipeline, maximizing efficiency, and supporting our 3D Studio.

What You Will Do:

• You will implement version control methodologies and monitor asset usage.
• You will work to ensure a well-structured and organized repository for all 3D Studio assets, including 3D Models, textures, animations, reference materials, and other multimedia content in Airtable.
• You will work across teams to help develop and enforce a metadata schema to accurately tag and describe assets, making them easily searchable and accessible to other team members.
• You will classify assets into logical categories, working closely with our catalog and studio teams to establish clear hierarchies and standards.
• You will collaborate with the asset team, catalog team, and others to educate and enforce best practices in asset management, ensuring everyone understands how to adhere to established workflows and standards.
• You will work with our product and catalog teams to help identify opportunities to integrate our library with other tools and software to streamline workflows.
• You will manage user permissions and access levels within our library.
• You will conduct regular audits of library to identify and resolve any issues related to metadata, categorization, naming conventions, etc.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have 2+ Years of experience in digital asset management, preferably within a creative environment or 3D studio setting.
• You are proficient in JIRA or an equivalent task management tool.
• Your organizational skills are unparalleled, and you care about the details.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• It's a plus if you have a solid understanding of the 3D Pipeline, software, and general 3D terminology.
• You will be familiar with Airtable or an equivalent DAM platform and have a willingness to learn and become proficient in Airtable.
• You have knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, and categorization standards and best practices.
• You may have the ability to travel, ability to get a passport is required.
