Job Description

Team Lead Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Write and maintain documentation infrastructure.
  • Join the ongoing design, implementation, and preservation of systems and tools across the platform and product lines.
  • Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, and governance of Continuous Integration systems.
  • Develop a team to use the same tools and ways of testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues along the continuous improvement and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Improve continuous improvement and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools integration/operations, and full automation of continuous improvement testing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of firmware experience.
  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools.
  • Experience in Agile software development systems.
  • Very strong experience in writing automation tests involving hardware components for embedded software.
  • Experience in gathering metrics and results from CI/CD tools.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Must have built-out experience with CI/CD templates/working in tandem with QA team.
  • Good communication skills and sound analytical skills.
  • Strong working experience with GitLab, Sorcery, Zepher, and Jira tools.
  • Familiarity with schematics to be able to interface with the hardware under test.
  • Experience using Python and Python-based Frameworks.
  • Experience with continuous deployment.
  • Strong knowledge in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring software security pipeline tools.
  • Experience writing automation tests involving hardware components.
