Job Description
Elmington Capital Group is a privately owned commercial real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. We focus on commercial real estate opportunities that provide income return and capital appreciation through a diverse array of strategic initiatives. We primarily acquire retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties and identify the opportunity to add value through development, repositioning, more effective operations, or creative capitalization.
Elmington's Affordable Housing group is one of the largest developers, owners, and managers of affordable and workforce housing in the United States. We raise $200+ million in equity annually and utilize a broad array of tax credits and niche financing strategies. Our development focus includes public-private partnerships, mixed-used and mixed-income development.
The need for affordable housing in the U.S. has never been more critical. At the same time, the affordable housing industry is transitioning from a highly fragmented landscaped dominated by non-profit organizations and government actors, to one in which the largest investment managers in the world are deploying capital and sophisticated developers are expanding rapidly. Elmington is a playing a prominent role in this transition, bringing creativity and scale to bear in the challenge to address housing affordability in the U.S.
