Job Description
Shift: 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM Tuesday through Saturday


$18.00 - $22.00/hour

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the individual is responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA Texas vehicles, garage and office area -


Essential Duties


  • Operating buffer assuring proper use to avoid machine and vehicle damage.
  • Must be able to dump and flush out bus restrooms
  • Keep garage area clean and organized
  • Cleaning interiors including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, glass cleaning.
  • Take buses to have fueled when needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Responsible for requesting and stocking all janitorial and part supplies needed for bus and cars.
  • Track and file all washing and cleaning schedules.
  • Must have a current CDL
  • Managing a schedule of up to 30 vehicles assuring all vehicles receive the care they require on the preset intervals previously determined.

Physical mobility - ability to walk extended distances and climb stairs, ladders and ramps as necessary. Must be capable of bending, squatting, and lifting up to 60 pounds.


Agility/Movement - Ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate vehicles, tools, equipment, supplies, and other objects up to 60 pounds.


The typical work environment of this job varies where the noise level is moderate and sometimes loud, working under normal fluorescent lighting, regularly exposed to dust, fumes from exhaust, and chemicals associated with vehicle and building maintenance as well as outside weather conditions.

* Sign-on bonus paid out: $1,200 at $100/month for 12 months, $600 at $50/month for 12 months; payment ends if employment ends prior to the final payment*
