Parcha is a seed-stage AI startup on a mission to eliminate the need for humans to do boring repetitive work, starting with Fintech compliance and operations. Parcha’s founders who are experienced leaders from Brex, Twitter, Coinbase, and Google, have a vision to supercharge companies by automating repetitive tasks using expert AI agents. Our AI agents learn how to complete a task instantly by reading the same procedure documents that are used to train humans and are able to operate the same tools a company already has. We already have multiple design partners working with us to bring our agents into production including early stage and growth stage fintechs and a traditional bank.

Parcha is backed by top-tier VCs who were early investors in Coinbase, Uber, Cruise, Instacart, and Rippling, along with leaders from Datadog, Google, Snap and Dropbox as well as Brex's executive team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Product Designer with over 5 years of experience, who has led design for SaaS products, is passionate about AI, and has a taste for beautiful and functional design. This is a unique opportunity to join our ambitious team and shape the way humans collaborate with AI. You need to be comfortable turning chaos intro clarity, be excited by the fast pace and demands of an early stage startup and be ready to build on day one.

• Drive the aesthetic and functional design direction of Parcha’s platform.
• Influence product strategy and roadmaps with your design-thinking approach.
• Define and develop our company-wide design system.
• Lead all aspects of design, from high-level strategic direction to granular design execution.
• Collaborate closely with our founders and engineering team to bring our vision to life.
• Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.

Required

• Proven experience leading design projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience designing for different personas: buyers vs admins vs users.
• Mastery of low and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Proficiency in UX and UI design, with the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your impeccable taste and skills.

Nice to Haves

• A deeply rooted interest in and understanding of artificial intelligence.
• You have experience at an early stage startup as a first designer or founder
• Comfortable with prototyping in Figma or in code.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of designing AI or machine learning-driven products.
• Experience building enterprise-grade software.
