Job Duties:

Top Responsibilities:

1. Performing delegated tasks, including design, documentation, and administrative tasks
2. Creating presentation materials, including renderings and diagrams
3. Performing architecture and interior design-oriented tasks

Additional Similar Duties as needed

1. Administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and organizing
2. Posting on social media and capturing to assist with our marketing efforts

Qualifications

Knowledge

1. A minimum of a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Interior Architecture, or equivalent
2. A basic understanding of the roles and responsibilities of architects and interior designers

Skills

1. Strong graphical presentation skills
2. Familiarity with Revit
3. Experience with presentation software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.

Traits

1. Takes the initiative in response to direction or instruction
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented
3. Collaborative team player
4. Eager to learn and willing to ask questions

Preferred Qualifications (but not required)

1. Prior experience working at other design firms

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $44,000 - $55,000

Benefits:

• Professional Development: An annual budget of $1,000
