Job Description
Overview:
Brief Description: Design and develop images such as wood grain and other natural textures to be printed on steel coils for exterior/interior applications.
  • This is not a marketing/advertising design role.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Preflight and layout images for print production
  • Photoshop scanned images according to design direction from customer and/or Design Director
  • Maintain and operate industrial scanner
  • Maintain and operate Epson proofer
  • Maintain and organize design files
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must provide link to online portfolio
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • Experience developing files for wide format printing
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (specifically cloning, curves, and color correction)
  • 2+ years of current graphic design experience
  • Well versed in color profiles and color management
  • Excellent eye for color
  • General knowledge of CMYK printing process
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
