Design Project Coordinator
The Sage Group’s client, a beloved consumer electronic/computer peripheral/Gaming company is looking for a versatile project coordinator who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, prioritizing, allocating resources, and delivering Operations and Awards projects. You will need outstanding leadership & communication skills, a passion for process, the flexibility to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables, and the ability to plan out a calendar to be successful in this role.
What you will be doing:
- Maintaining tracking spreadsheets, decks, and documentation
- Supporting miscellaneous Creative & Design special projects (including but not limited to Brand fonts, PR/POs, etc.)
- Supporting our Operations Team to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief
- Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and publishing meeting notes
- Intranet Content Coordination
- Helping to create and track project schedules and budget
- Undertaking general administrative tasks (status updates, task tracking, proactive communication)
- Maintaining dashboards/spreadsheets to track program status with team
- Organizing and maintaining project folders
- Creative & Design Awards Coordination (including facilitation of labeling products and shipping to vendors)
Required skills to be successful in this role:
- Excellent writing skills
- Print and web design experience strong plus
- MS Office
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional verbal communication skills; confident, clear

Duration: This is a long-term contract (6 months +)
Location: Fully remote within the United States
Compensation: $ 25-33 per hour, w-2, medical benefits available
