Our client, a leader in custom steel fabrication, design and installation services for material handling and processing systems is looking to hire a Design Project Coordinator! This position is based in Sandy, Oregon and we are looking for individuals who are interested in a role that offers ongoing learning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on business needs but could include coordinating with customers via emails or calls, coordinating new jobs, helping the design team with their projects, and working closely with the Engineering Manager
• You will be using your exceptional organization skills to assist in all areas of the office
• As your career progresses, you may find yourself getting more involved in designer activities and doing technical writing

What You Bring To The Table

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a mechanical/fabrication environment is preferred but not required
• The willingness to move between tasks depending on business needs
• You are somebody who is organized and motivated
• Some familiarity with CAD software could be helpful, but not required
