  • Oversees operations at five water treatment plants, 24 active groundwater wells, and the associated system operations to store and move water throughout the system.
  • Manages an annual budget of $170M with over 250 employees.
  • Directs maintenance, repair, and operation of five surface water treatment plants, 109 remote water booster pump stations, 55 water storage reservoirs, 24 active water production wells, and 225 other remote water distribution facilities.

Work is performed under the general direction of an Assistant Water Services Director and performance is evaluated based on results achieved.
