This is a full-time position opening at our headquarters in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.

This role will report to the Director of Logistics. This individual will work closely with the company’s logistics providers, production facilities, and customer service team to manage inventory in support of the company’s growth targets.

Responsibilities
- Ensure carriers meet or exceed performance requirements including customer service, quality, and compliance.
- Data entry including but not limited to order creation, keeping loads and paperwork organized, issuing carrier tenders & quarantine forms.
- Interface with Customer Service, Production, and QC to insure all DCs are able to meet OTIF KPIs.
- Execute carrier claims and follow through any necessary concerns.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Distribution Centers’ Staff on necessary transfers.
- Effective formation and timing of loads to achieve key metrics and profitability measurements.
- Focus on the optimization of distribution and transportation costs and the distribution and delivery of products to our DCs and often directly to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple production facilities to insure all DCs are sufficiently stocked and able to meet OTIF KPIs.
Special Requirements
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory including potential quarterly overnight travel.
- Beverage knowledge and experience working independently.
- Must be able (with or without accommodation) to bend and lift (15+lbs) execute displays, adjust shelves during resets, occasionally move products, etc.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Highly detailed, scrupulous and meticulous work ethic.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel – able to create Pivot tables and conduct v-lookups.
- Ability to learn and understand transportation software systems and technologies.
- Interact with management in a flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Experience in logistics and/or distribution desirable.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
