The Director of Sales we are looking for is:
Proven B2C or marketplace sales leader with experience acting as a player-coach and managing a team
Knows how to scale and manage a sales team; Ability to define and implement sales processes, KPIs, operations, and structure in order to grow revenue; Great organization skills and systems thinker; Experience as spokesperson
Location: Greenville, SC (in-office five days per week, flexibility on Fridays) or ability to relocate
Industry Experience: Tech, hospitality, travel, or services ideally with a global focus; immigration knowledge is a plus
High level of autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborate; player-coach mindset; ability to motivate team
Mission driven, fast learner, growth mindset
