National Health Service Corps

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program offers primary care medical, dental and mental and behavioral health care providers the opportunity to have their student loans repaid, while earning a competitive salary, in exchange for providing health care in urban, rural or tribal communities with limited access to care.

PA Primary Care Loan Repayment Program

Through the Pennsylvania Department of Health, loan repayment opportunities are provided as an incentive to recruit and retain primary care practitioners willing to serve underserved Pennsylvania residents and to make a commitment to practicing in federally designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs).
