Job Description

*THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*

**Must be able to be onsite T/W/Th**


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile forecast variances and adjust the forecast model
  • Collaborate with supply planning to translate forecasts into operational forecasts for the entire network
  • Experience working with UNFI/KHE
  • Develop demand forecasts using statistical models while working closely with main customers such as Target/Walmart/Albertsons/Krogers
  • Be comfortable working in high-growth and building out SOPs as the organization scales
  • Validate and refine forecasts based on historical data, seasonal trends, and Sales/Marketing inputs
  • Lead demand pre-consensus reviews to provide an unbiased view of demand for operational planning and S&OP process


Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning within CPG
  • Comfortable with 10% travel
  • Ability to build and implement new processes while working cross functionally
  • Experience required in Excel, preferred experience in SAP/POWER BI/Tableau
