- Complete analytics and contract administration for all agency agreements; including annual agreements, GAIN, etc.
- Manage strategic projects for sales organization; gather feedback from sales team, review metrics, provide recommendations and execute programs.
- Develop models that will determine costs and benefits of various sales initiatives. Track trends to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide analytical support for the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) model. Make recommendations and adjustments based on corporate initiatives.
- Provide complex problem solving based on metrics and data mining to support strategic plans and long term objectives.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform quantitative & qualitative analysis, apply business intelligence and make recommendations for agency programs: Diamond, GAIN, incentives, override commission, etc.
- Consistently monitor agency commission programs and cooperative marketing spend to influence market development and agency growth potential.
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal DLV departments.

- Evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency on a regular basis.

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Two years of travel industry or sales analytics experience required.
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical and report writing skills.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, etc.
