Dealer Trainee Jobs

Station Casinos has collaborated with a local dealer’s school to offer eligible Team Members and external candidates the opportunity to become a Dealer. Team Members and/or external candidates will attend the dealer school, as described below, and upon successful completion of an audition, will be offered a full-time Dealer position at one of our properties.* Additionally, the school will be utilized as a training center for existing Dealers and Table Games Management to learn new games as dictated by business needs.

*Team Members that are represented by Labor Unions are not eligible for this program.

Current Team Members:

• Current Team Members interested in attending dealer’s school, will need to email [email protected] . Please see your property HR for more details.

External Candidates:

• After successfully passing the audition, he/she will transfer into a full-time Dealer position at one of the Company’s properties within one week.
• Dealer Trainee may learn as many games as they would like and will earn bonuses.
• After the Team Member passes the audition for Blackjack, they will be given an additional 60 days on their own time to learn another game and pass the audition for that game.
• The temporary Dealer Trainee may audition as many times as he/she would like during the 30-day period.
• Temporary Dealer Trainees will be paid $15.00 per hour while they attend dealer school.
• Temporary Dealer Trainees will have 30 days to successfully complete the school and pass an audition for BlackJack.
• Once the Dealer Trainee has completed the school and passed an audition, he/she will be eligible for the completion bonus(es).
• Dealer Trainee will only be allowed to deal games for which they have passed the audition.
• The school will record their “hours worked” and report the hours to HR for payment.
