We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Jr. Data Privacy & Security Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data privacy and security, and who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role is 100% remote, with the client location based in McLean, VA. The contract duration is 8+ months, and the interview process will involve 2-3 rounds of video discussions.
As a Jr. Data Privacy & Security Analyst, you will be responsible for managing regulatory issues related to privacy laws, as well as leveraging your cybersecurity expertise to ensure data security. You will also play a key role in process documentation, standards, and procedure utilization, as well as in implementing controls for privacy and managing issues and risks. Your collaboration skills and ability to manage client relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
Qualifications
Experience in data privacy, including managing regulatory issues related to privacy laws
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
Excellent skills in process documentation, standards, and procedure utilization
In-depth knowledge of privacy controls and issue/risk management
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Strong client relationship management skills
